How much time does it take to complete my order?
It takes 2-3 business days to complete your order and package for shipping. Standard shipping takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Larger orders may have a longer lead time, depending on our production schedule. Please contact us to discuss orders over 5 dozen or if you have questions about getting your order by a particular date. We will help in any way we can!
How far in advance should I place my order?
You are welcome to order in advance and we will ship it to you for your desired delivery date. Please note during check-out when the order needs to arrive and be sure to give yourself an extra day or two, just in case there are any shipping delays!
Can I customize my order?
Yes! We create custom assortments every day.
Do you make licensed images and logos?
We can create licensed images and logos if you own the image or are gifting it to the license owner.

What ingredients are used?
We strive to use the very best ingredients to create the most delicious buttercream sugar cookies you’ve ever tasted.
Butter, Confectioner’s Sugar (sugar and cornstarch), Milk, Wheat Flour, Heavy Cream, Meringue Powder (powdered sugar, sugar, egg whites, Arabic gum, ammonium aluminum sulfate (flavor enhancer), Tragacanth gum, salt, artificial flavor, calcium lactate (preservative), Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, food coloring.
Our facility does use nuts and gluten products on the premises.
SHIPPING / PICK UP / DELIVERY
Can I pick up my order?
Local orders can be picked up at our commercial kitchen in Kansas City’s Westside neighborhood. We will email you to set up a pick up time.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery within the Kansas City metro area. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
All shipped orders go FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Please contact us to confirm a specific delivery date or for expedited shipping.
Can I check the status of my shipment?
You will receive a FedEx tracking number when your order is being packaged up and notifications about the status of your shipment. If you do not receive this, please contact us and we’ll be happy to share it with you.
ORDER CHANGES / RETURNS
Can change my order?
Once the order is in production, we cannot change the product, delivery date or delivery address. Please contact us via phone/email to see if any changes are possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not begun production, we can cancel your order upon request. This is at least 2 business days for standard products and 4 business days for custom orders. Please contact us by phone or email for order status.
Can I return my order?
Swoon wants to provide you with the most delicious products and highest customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please call or email us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We request that you take pictures of any damaged product and retain all remaining product and packaging while we assist you.
